Any tips on changing these ujoints?

I've got to replace the two ujoints on the rear driveshaft. Its a shortbed with no CV. I notice there isn't a locking ring(at least not that I could tell). What holds them in place, hot plastic?

Any tips on changing them? Or instructions?

Thanks.

Heat them up, the plastic will come out. Then press them like other ujoints.

Mine is a 03 not an 06 but it has no plastic retainers. You have to remove C clips from the bearing cups on the inside of the driveshaft. Then the ujoint can be removed from the drive shaft.
