I have an Innova 3100. I bought it a couple years ago, forgot where and how much, I got it because our Subaru kept throwing a CEL for a sensor that was relatively worthless and a PITA to replace, and at $85 a pop to have the local shop download the code it's peace of mind to make sure it's not throwing any additional codes. It works fine on my 04.5 as well. It doesn't automatically decode for you, but includes a book with all the codes in it.
