Any fix for premature downshift?

Any fix for premature downshift?
Example:
60-65mph, I go to pass a vehicle and the Tranny kicks down a gear, I have plenty of torque to hold that gear, I'm at around 3/4 throttle, but the tranny kicks down anyways.
Drives me crazy.
