Third week of January had the drivers side end bell of the radiator let go.

last week noticed another red patch of snow under the truck.. Took it in, thinking they didn't get a hose tight enough, when they fixed the radiator... Turned out to be the injection pump... Something failed inside and it was leaking diesel out the weep hole...

Thankfully under warranty and they had it fixed in a day..

What's next??? power steering, tranny???

Why was the snow under the truck red?

 

No weep hole in the CP3!? At least none I've ever seen! Hopefully it was under warranty........those aren't cheap!

 

Red snow.................. using off road fuel? Power steering is red, and the coolant has an reddish orange tint to it, as well as transmission fluid is red.

 

not sure about the red. I have not bought off road fuel that I know of. The truck was parked in the same place where I had my coolant leak, so I may have been confused by that..

I talked first hand to the mechanic that worked on the truck and he did say there was a weep hole..

Yes it was under warranty thankfully....

must be talking about water pump.

 

I've read other post that mentioned a weep hole on the cp3.
