American Axle On STRIKE !

Possible bad news for guys with new trucks on order.

Amercan Axle (They make all the front and rear differencials for the Dodge Rams)
They went out on strike today in Michigan and by the looks of it,
it may be a long one.

I sure hope Dodge has a big inventory built up.

Aparently DC has a lot more alxes on hand than GM because they haven't stopped production quite yet.

With the auto plants and their "just in time" delivery they probably won't be building trucks too long. Sometimes they only have small inventory on hand.

As I was starting to think my truck would take 6 months to get built at this rate, I did a quick search. Looks like the strike is over already. Whew!
