air filter and shock question

Hey guys, was wondering if you all could help me out. I have a AFE stage 2 intake with the standard filter, it's time to clean it, but instead I was really wanting to get one of the new pro dry filters AFE offers, they didn't have them when I bought the intake. Where can you buy just the filter to fit the Stage 2 intake and how much are they?

Also, I have a leveling kit and 35"s , I am wanting some bilstein 5100's (silver/black) shocks to improve my ride. What is the cheapest place to purchase them with free shipping? I have looked on the Lorenz site but they charge you $40 shipping for 4 shocks, but on there it says that the shocks are valved for our trucks? Are all the Bilstein 5100's like this from the factory? Or has Sean Lorenz actually done something different to make them better for our trucks? Thanks guys.

P.S. I love the Smarty JR.

EDIT--

All 5100's are valved the same. They are a non-rebuildable shock. The valving was actually originally speced by Kent Kroeker, owner of KORE back when it was T-Rex Engineering.

I put new shocks on and now the bolt that holds the rear shock to the bracket (at the frame) rattles tightening it up helped for awhile. Ratlles are driving me crazy. Any quick fixes?

Are you sure its the bolt rattling or the lock tab on the nut side that is maybe vibrating on the chassis. Locktite blue or red might be an option for the bolt so it doesn't loosen up. If its the tab put a cardboard spacer between it and the frame if it rotates as you tighten the bolt.
