air dog noise?

I have an 03 and the lift pump went out about a year ago and I replaced it with an air dog 100. its been getting louder and I replaced both the fuel flter and water seperator filters and checked all the fittings for leaks and its still noisy.. tried calling tech support on this and have got no answer or a return call. any ideas what ese I can try? mods are a smarty jr on level 2 (towing) a cold air intakeand a magnaflow exhaust

when you have the water seperator off, did you take a look a the screen in the threaded part to make sure that there was no objects in there or plugged? Also you can pull of the back cover of the gear-pump and check the gears to see if there is any wear or dirt in that housing causing it to wine.

There is only a few pieces to the assembly... Cover, screws (4), orings (3 I believe), inner & outer gear pump gears. You just need to make sure that you put the gears back so that they sit even an just a hair back from the cover plate. The trick (which is really isn't tricky at all) is making sure the orings get seated correctly in the groove of the main housing. From there put the cover back on & screw the 4 screws in evenly.
