I'm not new to diesel puck-ups but very new to aftermarket upgrades, and mechanics. Turning to you fellas for solid advice.

OK... I purchased the used '04 600 series with 70K and it already has the Edge w/attittude. I'm guessing the previous owner ran it pretty hard dunno fer sure.

What I would like to do is replace the Injectors and Turbo. However, I don't need oodles more horsepower just some solid performance and fuel milage.

I plan on pulling Horse trailers so "speed" isn't necessary. A quick spool up would be nice. Injectors that lend for better fuel milage would be most prefered. However, all around solid injectors are the ideal. I'm looking to get 150K outta these upgrades.

Advice is much appreciated

As far as injectors flux from F1 diesel seems to please everyone that has them. I will be going that route when I get the coin. The flux 1 injectors are supposed to add about 1 mpg as well as 40hp.

 

I went F1 Flux 1 and High Tech 62/71/13 Stainless Turbo.

Lloyd from MidAtlanticDiesel.com recommended the setup and he hit it right on the nose for what I was looking for. Strong, smooth and fast.
