6 inch lift and goosenecks

i was looking at 6 inch lifts for my truck since the 4 is 200 bucks less. i was wondering if i would have any issues with a gooseneck i tow every now and again. or would it be best if i just went with the 4 inch and 35's instead of the 37's on the 6 inch.

Probably the 4" 35" Ive had tall trucks and you can only adjust the height of a goose neck so far until it willl hit your bed. The trailers will not pull level causing uneven tire wear and it looks dumb

I have a 4" but the rims and tires lifted it another 2 inches, my trailer is lifted a little though.

It really has more to do with the trailer than anything my trailer clears my rails by 8 inches but there have been times when I still got in trouble and had to back out of something to prevent caving in the bed. In the pic above my trailer really still needs a couple more inches because i ride slightly more on the rear tire.
