Who is City Muffler and Performance? Do they have a web site?
They are in Oklahoma City. Do a search on ebay for Cummins exhaust. They also advertise on this board. They use the name citymufflerandperformance on ebay. They got a 4" system on there now for $305

Yep, all upgrade exhaust systems especially for the '03s should be installed along with a boost module to get the full effect.

gentleman, just remember the little hy35 turbo outlet i believe is 12cm, i dont care what sz of exh u have on. w/out increasing the orifice sz or going w/ a lrg turbo it won't matter. however getting rid of the 55 gal stock muffler will help it breath better but don't expect any hp/trq increases..the 3rd gen ecm does defuel earlier than the 1-2 gen...
