So, my 4x4 light comes on intermittently when my truck is not in 4x4. It's on constantly when I first start the truck up and especially when accelerating. After that it flashes every now and then, usually while accelerating. Any ideas what is causing this? Also, can someone please tell me where this switch is so I can take a look at the connection. I have a manual transfer case too. Thank you.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

 

The service manual doesn't show it's location, but it's the only electrical connection on the xcase.
