Ok dodge ram 48re transmission, so I had a code come up for the govenor pressure sensor solenoid. My transmission would not shjift out of first gear, so i replaced the govenor pressure sensor solenoid and all the electrical in the transmission pan. no when i drive it it shifts from first to second but not any more, when i get it up to 35 or 40 and let my foot off the gas as im slowing down it will surge with the overdrive on. i shut the overdrive off and it wont surge on deceleration. please help, what else can i do or is the tranny toast! please please help
