48re clunk on down shift from second

I have been having this happen every once in a while, when slowing to a stop the trans will kind of clunk out of second to first on the down shift, most of the time it is smooth and dont notice it at all. The trans shifts fine up or down most of the time, this issue is very random.
Any help would be great

I had this problem for a while except that mine was all the time. I replaced the valve body and have had no issues since....

The throttle valve starts to get worn, sometimes you get a sticky accelerator pedal too. I had the same problem, Goerend valvebody took care of it. Sonnax does make a repair kit if you want to go that route.
