3rd Gen wheels on a 2nd gen?

I was wondering if 3rd gen 17" wheels with 265 70 R17s will fit on a 99 2500? any help would be great.

Oh yeah. Will bolt right up. I have the factory wheels and tires off of my 07 on my 2000 right now. Looks great and drives much better.

Yes sir. Had 06's on my 97 till i upgraded to the 16.5's and 37's.
