24 valve 5.9 damper bolt question

24 valve 5.9 damper bolt question
My service book says that in approximarely 20,000 mile intervals the damper bolts should be checked or retightened, The local dealer claims he knows nothing about this. Is this necessary? Does anyone have any knowledge of this being a problem? Truck is 2004
