2007 QUADCAB price
47k MSRP on an 07. I would think best case would be somewhere around 43-44 out the door, granted I don't know of any rebates or anything.
47K, must be a Laramie? Or the 47K is dealer mark up not MSRP. SLT's top out at around 43-44K.
My 06 SLT TRX4 was 42-43K MSRP and 47K dealer mark up, I got it for 39K out the door with 100K and 14 oil changes, but that was in July when they were running the EP discount and such.

My 05 SLT sticker was $46,xxx and I got it for $37,xxx out the door. There are plenty of dealers out there and you need to use them against one another
Then you can make your own deal. If they only offer $4000 off go somewere else.

Steel, it is an SLT, Masonic I would love that kinda deep discount now on an 07 38,500 out the door was my target price however, the dealer is stuck at 41 only 5G off the MSRP closer to your price Dodgezilla and you have a laramie which has heated leather so you got a very good deal IMO.
Tiebox, where are you located? (State) I found mine on E-bay in North Carolina. I got the 07 Laramie for the same price as the local dealer wanted me to give for an 06 Sport without the leather and other Laramie options. The real kicker was that they gave me $2500 more for my 03 trade-in than the local dealer was offering me. The local dealer even wanted me to leave all my stuff on the truck. Total value of all the stuff on the truck was a couple thousand bucks!! Needless to say I drove 300 miles to pick up the new truck. The sales person was Smoking hot too so I didn't mind the drive to go see her......
Both vehicles I own were bought from dealers on e-bay. The great thing is that if you don't like the vehicle when you get there, you don't have to buy it and they will usually give you your deposit back. I'm all for supporting the local economy but $4-$5000 savings is worth the drive....

I got my 07 QC 4x2 (MSRP $39,355) for $1,000 under invoice and got the rebates, which made it $3,500 under invoice. The total amount under MSRP was $7,500 but there should be a bigger difference for you since you're costs about 8k more than mine. The best time to buy is the last couple days of the month, so if you haven't bought it already, you should wait until the end of December. Here is a link that describes how I got the deal without any haggling: <link> Of course, if you go for an '06, you should be able to work out even a better deal, especially with the additional rebates. Good luck!
Keep in mind that if you can find an 06 that you may still get 1.9% or even 0% financing through Chrysler. If you buy the 07, there are no incentives and you may pay as high as 8%. That's what I had to do unfortunately. I am in the process of transferring it over to a 0% credit card though and when that rate runs out in 2 years I may have to do that again if I haven't paid it off by then. I only had to finance about $17,000 though....

I checked my area and on 06 Quads & Megacabs, there's $4K rebate OR 0% financing for up to 60 months. The 1500's have $5500 rebates or 0% up to 60 months.
07's have $2500 cash for both styles but no deal on financing.
I'd try to find an 06 as Dodgezilla says. If there was an 06 with an MSRP of$47K, that would mean the invoice is a little over $42K, minus the $4K and we're down to $38K. There's your starting point when you go to the dealer.
