just wanted to follow up with a steering rattle i had with my truck. the dealer replaced upper ball joint and drive axle didnt fix a thing. finally i talked the dealer into replacing the intermediate shaft and the steering gear box and guess what no ,ore rattle...only took a year .....hope this can help anyone with same issue..
