Steering column rattle

I'm asking here because I really don't want to go to the dealer and hear the "could not duplicate" spiel. I can't duplicate either so I know what to expect.

I've had my truck for almost 2 months and have had zero problems. But I get a rattle coming from the steering column every morning when I back out of the driveway and turn the steering wheel tight. Sometimes I get the same rattle when I pull in the parking lot at my office and turn tight. Happens turning either tight left or tight right. It only happens before the truck warms up, either from driving or from sitting in the sun in the parking lot. No vibration. No rattles when driving. No rattles the rest of the day. Maybe the truck doesn't like to wake up in the morning?

Any ideas?

Mine does it also. Only in the morning backing out of the garage after sitting overnight. My guess is the suspension and or steering takes a set from being parked for a period of time. Kind of like my joints do when getting out of bed in the morning.
