I had a similar problem, but with a "check engine" light. I was thinking: injector(s), fuel pump, fuel filter, etc. Probably none of the above in my case.
I disconnected (-) terminal overnight for both batteries, computer must have "reset", everything is OK now. You may try that too, hope it works.

I'm having this issue right now, with a check engine light. If it's parked for more than 2-3 days it acts like the batteries are dead. I have to jumpstart it. Think is, I just went thru two new sets of batteries in the past six months, from Autozone, and currently I have the Optima's, brand new, and the same thing is happening. I can't think of anything, ussually after I jumpstart the truck, is running ok and I won't have this problem again until the next time when it's parked for more than 2-3 days without driving(once every few weeks). Any more suggestions?

Once I had my injector rebuilt mine went away. Bot not always the case unless you have had some bad fuel. Unfortunatly to pin point it usually requires a scan tool to see what rail pressure is, crank rail pressure, there is a control valve in the pump it can check if i recall correctly. Also lift pump pressure need to be checked. It also could be a voltage issue to the injectors and such. Or you can throw parts at it. Mine would be hard start unless i turned the key to on and waited. Or it would die shortly after starting. When started it would run fine.

Mine will do randomly when the temperatures range from 55-70, it has for the last 50k miles. Maybe 10-15 times a winter....I don't know, doesn't seem to be an issue. I've had the pump and injectors checked and everything checked out.

Should find out what drains the batteries.

Check the crossover cable for the batteries, could be corroded in/under the outer insulation and you would not see it. I forget the way the computer sees the batteries, but I believe it looks at the pass battery to determine charging needs for both, if you have a bad crossover cable it will overcharge, the battery will heat up, if the drivers side battery has a problem, it does not get recognized, still all this goes back to the crossover cable. Many with 2006's have had to replace the crossover cable.

Sometimes my 2006 can sit for a week or more without use, have never had a starting problem, always have had good cranking and quich starts. I noticed my pass battery was seeping at the terminal and some corrosion, early warning sign of the battery going south, but also an early warning sign that the crossover cable is going south as well.

I got new batteries and a new crossover cable, might as well nip both issues in the bud at the same time.

The battery temperature sensor is underneath the driver side battery so the ECM cannot see the passenger side battery. If there is a bad connection between the two batteries or the temp sensor failed to work the passenger side battery will be overcharged with fluid come out.
