2005 Starts then stalls but no SKIM???

I can't get this '05 to stay running. The truck will crank, start, run for a second (literally a second, not five seconds, etc), then die. If I start it with the pedal down it will die in the middle of the rev, but still dies in the same amount of time. If I turn on the ignition, wait for three seconds and then try to start the truck i will not start at all. So, after 3 seconds the truck does not start, or stay running if already started. It won't stay running with ether either. This truck did not come with any security options from Dodge. I verified this with a very trusted Dodge employee using the vin. Plus the wires on the back of the guage cluster to the security light, and the plug to the security ignition ring (which it didn't have), were still wrapped in the harnesses and not plugged in. And, not to mention, we purchased this truck as a theft recovery with a broken ignition (ignition has been repaired).
The codes I pull using the ignition switch are P0633 (SKIM....), P2509 (ECM low voltage), P0500 (No speed sensor signal). The last two could be from work I had done on the truck earlier. The harness to the rear of the truck had been cut including wires to the sensor on the rear-end, which I have repaired, and I unplugged the ECM harness to check voltage.
The truck had sat for at least a year in none operational condition and with no batteries when I started working on it recently. I have replaced the fuel fiter, added fresh diesel, capped the fuel pressure valve on the fuel rail, swapped cascade overflow valve and FCA from another truck, and 2 new optimas while jumped from a running '02 CTD. There is fuel everywhere (filter, IP, rail), but I do not have any guages hooked up. The truck is totally stock.
Seems like the ECM wants a chipped key, but it shouldn't have one. After the truck dies the in-tank pump continues to buzz. Any ideas???
Sorry for the long intro.

Was the ECM or engine computer swapped out at any point?

No, not to my knowledge. The truck only has 13000 miles and has sat at my shop for the past year. It was a theft recovery as I stated. It was recovered just north of the U.S., Mexico border in Yuma. It had been used to make illegal border runs. So it seems to have been driveable up 'till then. We got it just after border patrol found it.

I understood that the FCA could be "bypassed" by unplugging it, but I do not know if this is accurate. I tried that, didn't help. I will check for a clicking FCA here shortly. I kind of remember it making a single click when the ignition is turned on and one click when the ignition was turned off, with no clicks in between. Is it supossed to be constant "ticking", or just a single "click"?

I checked the fuel control actuator for ticking but it is silent. I just tried swapping the FCA with one from an '04 with a dead CP3, but that one also makes no noise. I tried the test-light test and it did flash after 20-30 seconds. The only "ticking" coming from under the hood with the ignition on is in the injector area. Would a dead FCA throw any codes?

Well I barrowed a SnapOn Solus scanner from a buddy. It found a couple of interesting things, MISSING CURRENT VIN and NO PCI (J1850) TRANSMISSION. Would the ECM reset from sitting so long without batteries? Eveything else seems fine. Fuel pressure checks out, crank and cam line up, etc. I do have a question about boost though. The scanner shows the Boost at 97 kPa at all times, including with the engine not runnng. It doen't change during cranking either. My '04 with a dead CP3 show 14 kPa of boost at all times as well. Does this sound correct?

x2 -- if you aren't using the orginal style key(fat grey key). P0633 is not seening the right key - not encoded into the SKIM module and ECM

Read the whole thread, he's already stated that he checked and the truck doesn't have the sentry security system.

Regardless of why it lost its VIN you'll need to get it reflashed. Changing ECMs won't help as the engine ecm is coded to the truck ecm. I've ran into that problem before.

I thought all 2005 trucks had the Sentry Key. I didn't think there was an option to not have it. My truck does the same thing if I start it without the grey key. . .

It does sound like you need to have the ECM reflashed for your truck, I guess if it sat that long or got shorted out at some time then it could have lost all info.
