Heard a loud noise like nuts loose under the valve cover. Now it wont start. it turns over and appears to have fuel coming to the filter. I opened it and it drains and fills back up after I turn the key on. I opened up the valve cover and got OHMs readings on all my injectors. They were 1.0 to 1.2 for all of them.

Does that mean my injectors are bad? What is the next step? I dont have a pressure gauge and only have a simple code reader. I am not getting any P error codes. I am on the original lift pump

Unfortunately, need all 6 injectors replaced. Didn't mention how many miles you've got.
