2005.5 5.9 cummins

recently I purchased a 05 5.9 and I had no issues with the truck, about 2 months the 48re went out so I bought the monster transmission and I'm loving it but now I am having trouble starting it and from a dead stop on an uphill incline it takes about 15 seconds to start moving forward or I have to put it in low range just to get it to move. I Have been trying to get a straight answer from dodge but they are just trying to make me buy a bunch of new parts that I already purchased and just seems like they are running me in circles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have it's in the safe area and no leaks. Also it has everything for emissions delete from Chrysler in Kentucky according to the receipts from previous owner and I had a shop out in the 4in banks monster exhaust system from the turbo back
