Here I go getting confused again. So has anyone sucessfully done this on a 2004 305/555 6-speed?

 

I went to the local cummins dealer (southern plains) and talked to the service dept. they stated that they did not have equipment which could hook up to the cummins engine in the dodge platform, therfore they had no way to enable such an option. on to something else. I wish I had a new triple dog instead of the older power pup so I could enable the high idle.
