HeyGuys , I may have a possible injector already broken or on the brink. Could anyone give me some help or hints on how to check to see which of my injectors is leaking down or broken. Thanks. Jordan

 

What problems are you having?Rough idle,hard start,white smoke?

 

Take off valve cover and you will see injectors, There are two wires on each injector. Take one wire off one inj and start ,do this till you find the bad one.Dont touch wire while running!

 

Thanks for the help. Well it started starting hard about three weeks ago and so i have changed the fuel filter twice now. Each time it would start excellent for about 3 or 4 days then it went back to usual. On occasion it will crank forever before starting. Also last friday after a no cranking real easy it had a rough idle with a rough vibration in the cab. Lift pump is a Carter and is only about 15,000 miles old. TIA

 

Also truck shows code po477, Exhaust control pressure relay low Any ideas of what that is or means?
