2003 HO going in 1994 F350

Hi all,

I'm in the middle of putting a 2003 HO Cummins in my 1994 4-door Ford F350. An NV5600 mated to a np205 t-case is in on it's way to me as we speak and the engine is sitting in my garage.

I'm very excited about this. I'm just cruising around this forum getting ideas on what to expect with both the Cummins and the NV5600. So far just from lurking I've learned alot.

Just wanted to say hi and thanks for the info. And btw...I know most people will think I should just buy a new Dodge and be done with it, but what's the fun in that?

Sounds like a hell of a project!!!!!

Keep up to date and take a bunch of pics during the conversion.

What are you going to be doing to the engine before it goes it??? Twins, cam, o-ring the head, port the head......oh the posibilities

Haha. Actually I was going to keep it pretty stock except for intake, exhaust, and I was considering a tst powermax unless someone on here more knowledgeable than I talks me out of it.

The engines have way more power than my 460 ever did, even in stock form.

And the truck itself, even though this isn't the right forum for this, has 4 wheel disc brakes now, it's getting air suspension right now (fab'ing shock mounts right now), and eventually some custom interior work.

Check out http://www.keldermanmfg.com/category.php?id=21 for the rear suspension...I can't wait to get it on there. They make it for Dodges as well and to me, it looks like a really good setup.

Since you modded your truck this far...might as well spend another 2500 or so on a TST and a larger turbo of choice and REALLY enjoy that Cummins.
