I have a 2003 3500 4X4 that I bought at a sale with a blown engine. My question is, has it been or can it be done, can you use a 12V block (complete ) and change the 24V head,injection system. I have a good engine out of a 93 that has low miles and was just wandering if the block,pistons,gear train, would accept the 03 injection system and head????
The 03 has a rod hanging out of the side so it is shot. Any ideas???
