100,000 mile power train warranty
The lift pump should be covered under the Cummins Engine 100K warranty, not sure about the pinion....
Oh, and make sure they don't try to stick you with paying a $100 deductible for the lift pump. You only have to pay the deductible after (I think) year 5, or something like that. Take a look at your warranty booklet CLOSELY.
Dodge does not have a 100K mile powertrain warranty, unless you purchased it as an option....

Engine warranty is 100k 5 years no deductable, 7yrs 100k $100 deductable. Lift pump should be under Cummins warranty by Dodge and the ficx is to nstall an intank conversion. The pinion seal is not under the Cummins warranty warranty. Not sure onn the 04 but if you have an 04.5 then you also should have a 7/70 drivetrain and it probably will be covered under that if anything. That warranty does have a $100 deductable with it. If you have any other drive train issues there is only 1 deductable per work order so get a list and get it all fixed for your $100 bucks. I'm not sure what all is covered under driveline, but I'd sure try for all I could. I have heard U-joints are and are not, Ball joints are -are not so you will need to find out what all they cover under the 7/70 for your self and see what you can get done for that hundred.
Good luck
