1-2 upshift delayed, 3-2 2-1 rough Calgary,AB

48re 2003, 1-2 upshift delayed till 2500rpm, or can blip throttle for upshift. At 0% tps 3-2 and 2-1 shifts are harsh "hammers" into gear. Usually only starts when engine is at operating temp. Transmission doesn't slip or anything.

Replaced fluid with dodge synthetic, dodge did a flush aswell.
Replaced shift solenoid, pressure sensor, and one other apparently unrelated sensor.

Where do I go from here, and help in Calgary for cash or beer?

You need 2 replace your gov. pressure solinoid and pressure sensor. perferably with the gm aftermarket replacement as it seems to b a more reliable fix then the upgraded unit from dodge. The gm after market piece can be had for about $210 on ebay and thats with both parts and thats wat i recommend. U can do a search on here for govoener pressure solinoid and youl get about the same response

We've replaced both of those sensors with the dodge ones and it didn't make a difference, would replacing them again make a difference?

I had a bad pressure sensor right out of the box, took forever to figure it out because I never thought a brand new part would be bad. Not saying this is your problem but just a heads up.

There have bn cases where the upgraded part from dodge does not fix the problem. but most ppl on this site that have experienced this problem have gone with the gm aftermarket replacement, myself included. It can b had on ebay for around the same cost as both factory replacements and they come in a billet AL housing. Now i have also heard that once this is done it my need to b takin to the dealership to have the trans comp. programed, idk if this is true or not so mayb a dodge tranny guy can confirm this. But i do rcommend the upgraded gm parts instead of the factory upgrade. If u do a search of this prob u shld find similiar rcomendations
