My buddy has an '06 that is hard starting sometimes after warm-up. I know there is a TSB on the 06 for that BUT I can't find it. Anybody got that or have they had a reflash?

 

I thought Genos garage has a list of all the TSB.

 

I just took mine in to the dealer for that fix as well as some other little issues. I can not remember what the new TSB number it was but it was the most current one. The TSB website is quite a bit behind and needs to be updated. It your buddy takes it to the dealer just have him explain to the diesel tech that he has a hard start after heat soak nad he should be able to figure it out. I will go look at my paperwork and give you the TSB.

My paperwork had TSB 18-19-06-02. Is your buddy able to retrieve any codes from cycling his key 3 times (off->run, off->run, off->run leave in run position and read codes, if no codes is just reads _ _ _ _ _ then -done-.
