Unless you're making big HP (as in over 600 at the wheels) you don't need a complete exhaust system. Your truck already has 4" pipes, just change the muffler, I'm happy with the Nelson I suggested earlier, pics and part number are in my gallery.
I like the S&B intake, filters well and cheap compared to the big names. K&N have a bad rep, they let lotsa crap through I hear.

Nope, if you do that it gets pretty loud, plus we have inspections over here once a vehicle is 5 years old (I think it's 5)

any advantage to deleting the cat? will it be better on fuel/more hp? will it cause engine lights?
