correct me if im wrong but doesn't his 04.5 have the 3 injector harness plug ins. and if that's the case you cant just switch the valve cover and injector harness. the top of the head where the injector harness seals is a completely different shape let alone a half an inch wider. I found this out when trying to put an 03 engine in an 06 truck

 

You can swap rocker boxes and use existing wiring. Piece of cake.

Ugg, dusted engines ruin everything. Don't forget to clean out the CAC real good. As stated above, just swap out the rocket box and 2 piece valve cover, you will be good to go.
