03 Electrical Problems

I'm currently working on an '03 that has a bunch of mostly lighting problems. None of the exterior lights work, no signals, brake lights, high beams 4 ways nothing except the interior lights. The radio, wipers, door locks, power mirrors don't work. I have checked grounds replaced batteries, checked fuses with no luck. Do you guys have any ideas to point me in the right direction?

I just realized I posted in the wrong place. If somebody could move it I would appreciate it, thanks.

Try pulling the codes first and see what you have. Possible Power Distribution Center or Front Control Module.

Yep...sounds more like a control module problem to me. Those things control several different electrical items and when they go bad (or get fried!!) many things end up not working.

Just bought an FCM from dodge and put it on, same problem. I pulled the codes in the cluster and this is what it gave me...

A3 44-Battery voltage open
A7 00-Check sum error
AA 36 or 30-PCM messages not received
AD 00-FCM messages not received
00 00

Ive checked everything. I have 12.8 volts to every fuse in the box, no fuses blown, good grounds, new batteries. I don't know what to do now, I'm stumped. The only thing different is the cluster lights come on after a few seconds when the ignition is on.
