I'm looking at a 03 reg cab 4x4 with a flatbed that dumps it has 117k good tires stock truck 6 speed. Is 15500 a good price or is that to much. Thanks for reading

 

It seems a tad high... it depends on how good the truck is. If it is in great condition with maintenance records and everything works, I'd consider it. KBB says it's worth around what he's asking for it in very good condition.
