2003 Ram 3500 2WD Single Rear Wheel NV5600. The truck currently has 378,000 miles on it. I believe it has a broken piston ring but am not certain. It's got blow by and is sending oil out the breather tube. It smokes for about 5-10 minutes after cranking it for the first time of the day but then the smoke goes away and you'd never know there was something wrong. This just started a couple of months ago. I've owned the truck since 2005 and have driven it daily since then. I quit driving it when it started leaking. I've got an oil analysis from when the truck had 342,000 miles saying it looked great. I don't have the time or ambition to repair it. It's got a fair amount of modifications:

The interior is very clean and shows minimal wear. There aren't any tears in the seat and everything works with the exception of one of the map lights. The 6th gear synchronizer is worn but otherwise the truck drives out fine. I've always ran Rotella in the motor and high end synthetics in the transmission and rear end. The past few times I've changed them I've used Amsoil. I've always been meticulous about the mechanicals on the truck and always upgraded with something better than stock. The body has it's fair share of dings, dents and scratches and the clearcoat is peeling in spots but still presents itself well. This truck was never used to pull heavy or commercially, just commuting and the occasional trailer.
