What Tires do you guys run?

I want to get a set of tires for my truck. I am running size 265 tires now and will stick wit them. I want to get a set locally that will last me as many miles as I can get out of them. I do go off road occasionally but need E rated tires.

Let me know what you are running and how many miles you are getting out of them.

Bob

I run sport king at steel radial. Good all terrain tread and I get about 70k mi. out of them. Not sure about E rating but I do tow and haul with them sometimes and never had a problem.

I bought my '01 with 285/75/r16 yokohama geolander a/t s on it they have been great as a winter tire and have 20,000 miles on them and they are good for another 20,000. I do spin tires at times. I also run 33/12.5/16.5 in the summer. Usually BFGs though my last set of m/t used a lot of tire weights. I have a 2 inch spacer to make the 33's fit

Michelins for street milage. I just bought Michelin LTX for my new truck, last set on another truck is 6 years old and better than 50%. A lot of coin but worth it for me..

i had a set of nitto TG's and was very dissapointed with them. i now run a set of E range Goodyear Wranglers. i havent had them on for very long maybe 5-7,000 miles but they still look new, they are quiet and are wearing great, still look new. ok for going off road but if you plan on doing it alot then i would go with a more agressive tire.

I run the Toyo Open Country AT's , 265-75 R16 Load E. About 10,000 so far.. rears are still like new... Fronts are showing wear but that due to other front end problems and I run the truck hard in the winter and plow snow. I got alot of weight on my front end when it snows and I'm in 4WD. I love them. I am in the process of fixing my front end to avoid killing the fronts and then I'll be rotating! I recommend them.

The original Michelin LTX's on my truck lasted 91,000+ miles and still had no wear indicators showing when I replaced them with the same tires from Sam's..
