I've got the premium grade Raybestos Brake pads on my truck. They seem to be of a good quality. They don't squeal or squeek much unless they get very wet. I can't tell what I paid for them because I get them through a friend for cost. Oh yeah they also are lifetime warrantied.

I get them at a local autoparts store, i don't have an o'reillys near me. Carquest might have them too if you have one near you. For rotors,I just get what ever the autoparts store carries, nothing special.

I just bought pads and rotors for the front end on my truck at the Tire Rack. Came to $225 with 2 day shipping to my door.
