well time to take the dive. front end rebuild
so far new track bar, ball joints, and tie rod ends.
tommorow time for u-joints. oh and the wonderful dealer destroyed my drag link when they installed my new steering box under warranty. so thats gotta go now. got a set of moog steering end links for 60 bucks each my cost. mopar cost was about 130-150 each side after all said and done since everything is sold seperatly as opposed to a kit.
anything i should look out for during this install?
help and tips would be much appreciated.

I would also check out your balljoints and hubs while you have everything apart. I took mine down a few months ago for hubs and ended up doing the balljoints, tierods, and all the u-joints on the truck. Now I need to do the bushings and endlink for my sway bars, our roads here really put a beating on the steering and suspension parts. My truck, at the time i did my front end, had 110,000 easy miles on it. The potholes and rough pavemnet take a pretty good toll on the truck.
well update.
u-joints are perfectly fine, same with all the front end joints. i knew my end links were bad. did not think they were that bad though. loosen the top nut off. put the impact gun on the other nut and they litterally fell into pieces. the only thing holding them on was the rubber boot.
found what was binding. one rotor had pieces of it missing on the inboard side. the other was cracked.
whew no u-joints. yet anyways.

Front end rebuild
I had to have mine done at 70,000 to 150,000 km's because of the EXCESS toe-in from the factory job,the dealershop was unable to diagnose the severe steering wheel osocilations? I had to do it over that time because of my lack of money in 99 and 2000 years. I would suggest lots of Copper Cote mine was rusted and the next truck will likely have greases nipple installed.
