Weird Problem

Got warm the other day, so I turned the A/C on, and nothing came out of the vents. It was blowing great out of the defroster vents, but no dice out of the dash vents. Where do I start looking for a problem?

Could be a vacuum leak somewhere.

I replaced the A/C Heater switch cluster in my truck and noticed a white paste-like grease clogging some of the holes where the vacuum lines attach on the back of the switch. Just a thought.
