Do you have marker lights on it if you do it could be the lights leaking or the third break light over the rear window leaking. The sealent dries out and allow water in in after some time. The other possible case is the drain hose to the ac/heater box is plugged and after rain runs into the cowl it enters the cab through the air box and dumps under the pass dash all over the floor.

Very common for the cab top brake light to leak.
Water ends up on pass floor.

Easy way to find cab leaks is to tape over the exit vents at lower rear door frame, turn the fan on high, all windows closed. This will pressurize the cab, spraying soapy water over likely leak areas will show you the source.
