Warn out front end parts. Track bar, Tie rod ends, ball joints, steering box etc.

Replace all worn parts and have it alligned. usually is not cheap.

Is your truck consistently pulling one way or is it wandering(very pool steering feel)? If it is pulling, usually your problem is your alignment. However, if it is wandering, then there are a bunch of things to look at. The best thing to do is have a friend turn the wheel back and forth while looking at everything in the front end. Problems are often noticed when you go from turning the wheel one direction to turning it the other. The first places to look are tie rod ends, the frame end of your track bar, and look to see whether the end of the steering box shaft where the pitman arm is attached is moving around.

There have been many threads on wandering problems and it is probably worth doing a search for some of them.

My truck pulls to the left. Had a wheel alignment done, all the front end parts are fine, everything is within tolerance. Tires are not wearing, checked my air pressure, the left was 3 lbs low, aired it up and it mostly went away, still a little pull. I've just learned to live with it... I had a older Dodge car that did the same thing, chalking it up to Dodge...

I would check the Track Bar like others have said. That is usually one of the biggest problems on these rigs.
Also, If you look at the top of your steering box, you will see a locknut and an allen head bolt. Loosen the locknut and then tighten up the allen bolt. Start with a 1/4 turn, tighten the locknut up and go for a drive. You will probably have to do tjis a couple of times to get it right. You will know its too much, because the steering wheel wont return to center.
If this works, but it comes back after awhile its time for a new box.

Here is a good writeup.

Did you get a print out of the alignment specs? Look at the caster readings for the left and right tires.. more importantly is there a difference in the 2 sides? they may have a seperate listing called cross caster. this is what you are looking for. If the number is higher on the right then on the left this will cause a pull to the left. Alignment shops often introduce a slight difference in caster to counteract the crown of the road. This is adjustable by the two concentric bolts located in the lower control arm, however it has to be done on the alignment machine. Also look at the camber numbers from side to side. Vehicles will always pull to the side with the higher camber setting. This is only adjustable with changing the upper ball joint. Try swapping the front tires from side to side. A lot of times vehicles develope a "radial pull". If you swap tires from side to side, either it will fix it, problem solved, or it will pull to the right, which can only be fixed by replacing the tire. Does it really pull or is the wheel just crooked? If the steering wheel is crooked, grab a friend and some tools and go for a ride in an empty parking lot. When you are sure the vehicle is going straight, stop , get the friend to watch the steering wheel , and go under the front of the truck. Find the adjustment sleeve near the steering box, loosen the 2 clamps on the sleeve and turn the sleeve until your friend tells you the wheel is now staight. Lock down the clamps and You just "aligned" your truck.
