Trailer wiring problem, no right turn signal

HI

I have a 1996 3500 ext cab. My RH turn signal at the trailer plug does not work. All the signals on the truck work. I have a tester that plugs into the trailer plug and it shows it is not working, so I know the problem is with the truck, not the trailer. I took the plug apart and checked the connections, they were a little rusty so I cleaned them and covered them with anti oxident.

Where should I look next? Where does the rh turn signal wire originate from in the truck? Is it from the distribution panel under the hood? Should I try swapping the relays in that panel?

Thanks

Peter

I made a mistake in the title, it is my rh trailer signal that is not working.

I tries swapping some of the relays in the distribution box under the hood and that did not help. I assume that the right and left trailer turn signals share a relay like the truck turn signals share a relay, so that makes sense that it is not a relay. So I assume the problem must be a bad connection or broken wire going to the turn signal, just not sure where to look!

All help is appreciated

Thanks
