torque converter lockup engaging all the time!

Its like I have my lockup switch on all the time! It started yesterday when I was screwing with wiring under the dash for my stereo, I was moving some wires around and I heard something ground out real quick but my stereo reset so I thought it was that grounding out. I drive the truck and the lockup is on all the time. I figure I messed up my lockup switch check everything with that, I even unplug it from the computer and the converter is still going nuts.

Any suggestions?

Keep checking!! Something is grounding it.
It must be external to the trans.

It's got to be under the dash, maybe you knocked a wire off?

Well I found the problem. I have the B.D. transmission with the pressure lock system . Any ways it is wired into the fuse box of an accesorie and when I grounded something out it blew the fuse on the wire. The thing that threw me off was that from the outside the fuse looked fine. So I started checking voltage and there was none and sure enough the fuse blew,
