Tach, cruise control and fog lights stopped working
Hey all posting this for a buddy that is in Chicago on a road trip that has a 1996 2500 4X4 Cummins 5spd. He called me telling me that he lost these three.
Said he checked the fuses but couldn't see one marked cruise control ect.
Any help would be appreciated.

Update:
Turns out it was some frayed wires down at the TPS which inturn told the ECM not to charge the batteries and send no signal to the tach or cruise control.
Basiclly telling the ECM the engine wasn't running...
The fog lights did work but batteries were down so much he couldn't tell
Anyway he replaced the TPS and all is good....
