Steering Box!

Well...it starting leaking from the top the other day which it has never done before. I tightened the crap out of it....15 min later i found a puddle aftyer driving it. Next i bought some blue LocTite, took the 4 bolts off and added it. Now, today, Im starting to get another drip from the same spot. I went to tighten them again and they were loose! What the hell? Should i take the whole box off and go through it? Is there a gasket under teh for bolts? - Chris
