Starters

So is there any differences between a 1st gen and 2nd gen 12v starter? Contacts for my 2nd gen are lost in the mail and really need to drive the 2nd gen my 1st gen is a pulling truck.

Next time you can get all the parts you need at a local 12Volt electrical warehouse that rebuilds starters and alternators. My parts total was less than 30 bucks for contacts, armature and plunger....

A new starter was almost $500!!
