stalling out

For the last couple of days now sitting in traffic at a stop light she will drop the rpms down to about 450 and then die. This also happens when I start it up and put it in gear and try to leave without letting it run in park for at least 30-60 seconds, only when it is hot.

Any suggestions?

You're idle is too low and needs adjusted. It should be 800-850 in gear with the a/c on.

CKP? Crankpostion sensor? Are you getting a check engine light? Not for certain on a '93, but that's exactly what mine did. I spent $50 and the problem disappeared.
