Slight knock fet through steering

Hey folks, I have a 99 4x4 that has a slight knock I can feel through the steering wheel when braking and at times accellerating. Any idea's what this might be?

probably the slip joint on the steering shaft...

if you can live with it, it'll probably do it for another 100k miles before it effects anything
