The clear sport headlights on my 02 CTD have begun to yellow from the top to the bottom. Granted this pickup is no "garage queen" and lived it's whole life outdoors, and this is the most I can complain about? I guess I've got it pretty good eh? But my question is...do any of you know a remedy for this unsightly scum that seems to be overtaking my headlights? It seems to be confined to just the headlight, not the corner light.

 

metal polish and some careful buffing will remove the yellowing from clear lenses(also works well on plastic windows--ie.jeeps and the such)

 

I polished mine monthly for a couple of years then bought a set from a vendor on Ebay for <$200.
