Re:sagging rear leaf spring
Well, I took both spring packs off last night and laid them out side by side. No cracks, even with magnification. Different arcs, though, on *all* of the springs. The sagging passenger side spring pack had a yellow "A" chalked on the mainspring. The driver's mainspring did not. (Not sure what that means -- did occur to my paranoid side that it was a factory mark meaning "Bad! Do not use!" Naw, can't be that unlucky.
)

Have to think about what to do from here. I believe I'll try to get a new spring pack from another dealer and install it myself.

GP

Re:sagging rear leaf spring
Did you find uneven arcs? Sometimes if a crack develops you'll see it under preload, and only because the spring arcs unevenly.

What do youthink about the aftermarket springs?

AlpineRAM
I have the same problem, but on the driver's side. I drive my truck at work every day, so my passenger side sees very little use(no passenger). Now, I weigh 175lbs soakin' wet, and don't carry heavy loads. So why are these springs sagging? Maybe inferior parts???
