Rotors for 1997 2500 4x4 - 3500 or 4500lb front axle?
Rotors for 1997 2500 4x4 - 3500 or 4500lb front axle?
Need front rotors and pads for my 97 2500 CTD 4x4
On the Oreilly Auto website they show rotors for 3500lb and 4500lb axles and pads for 7500lb and 8800lb GVWR ratings.
Which rotors should fit my truck?
The original window sticker says its a 8800lb GVWR truck so I'm thinking the 4500lb versions, but the sticker seems to indicate that the 8800lb GVWR was basically heavier rear leaf springs so I'm not sure if that affected the front axle or not.
Oreilly sells a lifetime Bosch rotor and Wagner Thermo-quiet ceramic pads as upgrades over the standard Brake Best. Anyone have experience with these?
